Join us at the Harrow campus for a jam-packed day of fun, connection and community spirit at Westminster's very first Welcome Festival!
Whether you are new to Westminster or just looking for an excuse to socialise with friends (or make new ones), the Festival is all about bringing together our community and giving you the chance to experience university life to the fullest.

During the Welcome period, all of our events are for Students only. No externals are able to attend. Any externals that turn up on the day will not be granted access to the event.
The festival will be held at The Harrow Campus, on The Green opposite the halls. The location is fully wheelchair accessible.
Yes, the event site is wheelchair accessible, and accessible toilets are available within the main University campus.

- Car parking is available on campus - please follow University guidelines for access.
- Blue Badge bays are located near The Forum building.
Yes, seating is available for attendees who may need it.
Yes, music will be part of the event. However, quieter spaces will be available inside the University buildings for those who may need a break from the noise.
Yes, a selection of food and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided. Alcohol may also be available - see below regarding ID.
Yes, if you wish to purchase alcohol, you will need to present valid photo ID.
Please dress in weather-appropriate clothing, and wear something suitable for using inflatables (e.g. comfortable, secure clothing and footwear).
This is a student-only event. Guests from outside the University are not permitted.
