You will need to bring you Westminster Student ID and photographic proof of age ID 

Examples of ID's we accept:

• Passport (UK or international; unexpired)
• Driving licences or provisional driving licence (UK or EU; unexpired)
• Proof of age cards with a PASS logo, such as, a CitizenCard or Young Scot card (you can claim a free one here)  
• EU national identity card (unexpired)

A photo of an ID or your student card will not be accepted for proof of age. 

You will be refused entry if you are unable to provide proof of identity.

When you purchase your tickets online, you are guaranteed entry to the event until 11pm. However, after 11pm, we may sell tickets at the door if the venue has not yet reached capacity. Please note that your ticket will still allow you to enter the venue after 11pm. However, if we have reached capacity, we cannot guarantee your entry.

After 11pm, we may sell tickets at the door if the venue hasn't reached its capacity yet. To prevent disappointment, we recommend purchasing your tickets online and in advance. 

However, if the event is sold out, there may not be many tickets available after 11pm. We suggest keeping an eye on the event webpage for more information.

For welcome, we do not allow external non-student guests. This is to allow students to make friends with other students; after welcome week, guests are welcome to attend most events. 

Based in the Harrow campus, our venue is located on the other side of campus. When you arrive through The Forum, simply keep heading straight past The Street and the UWSU Shop. Walk out of the campus through the back exit, and The Undercroft is located on the right.
