This semester, we’re turning up the fun with Crafty Nights the perfect mix of creativity and chill vibes. From 6 PM to 8 PM, tap into your inner artist with beading, bracelet making, colouring books, and clay crafting all while sipping on our delicious cocktails and mocktails! ??
Whether you’re making a bracelet, shaping some clay, or just unwinding with colouring, it’s all about relaxing, creating, and connecting. ?
And the best part? It’s completely FREE! So bring your friends, grab a drink, and get creative with us!

What ID should I bring?
You will need to bring a photographic proof of age ID!
Examples of ID's we accept:
- Passport (UK or international; unexpired)
- Driving licences or provisional driving licence (UK or EU; unexpired)
- Proof of age cards with a PASS logo, such as, a CitizenCard or Young Scot card (you can claim a free one here)
- EU national identity card (unexpired)
A photo of an ID or your student card will not be accepted for proof of age.
You will be refused entry if you are unable to provide proof of identity.
Can I bring a non-Westminster student guest with me during welcome?
Yes! However externals needed to send their name, email and phone number at least 48 hours before the event.
Why do free events require tickets, and what does overbooking mean?
Ticketing helps us manage attendance numbers, ensure adequate resources, and provide a smoother entry process for everyone.
Often, with free events, we see a large number of ‘no shows’. This is when people get a ticket but don’t show up. To account for this, we “overbook” an event and give away more free tickets than we have space for.
Please note that having a ticket doesn't guarantee entry. We recommend you arrive early to an event you don’t want to miss out on!
What do I wear?
Dress how you like! There's no strict dress code. Just be ready to dance.

- Venue is accessible by wheelchair- please ask reception for advice
- There is no car park for public use within 200m (approx).
- There are Blue Badge bay available near the building
- There is padded seating
- No food is being served at this event
- Alcohol will be being served at this event
- Accessible/Gender neutral Toilet available
- Flashing Lights & Loud Music
- Quiet space available by request during the event.
Where is the Hideaway?
When you get to the Regent Street campus, walk through the reception past the ID barriers, head to the right, go through the glass doors and down the open staircase. Continue walking straight past the refectory until you get to us!
Regents Street is undergoing some maintenance work and the staircase to our venue is temporarily closed. But you can still access the Hideaway through the old gym.
